In the course of our engagement, each party may disclose or receive confidential information from the other party. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tjk Collections Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and subcontractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the provision of our services, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Tjk Collections Inc. during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one thousand Canadian dollars (CAD $1,000), whichever is greater.
